We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer and Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our public works department, you will be responsible for leading complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
About the Role:
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and technicians on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including City Council members, community groups, and external agencies to communicate project progress and address concerns.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations to support project development and implementation.
