Accounting and Financial Leadership Role
The City of Ojai is seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Leadership professional to join its Finance Department. As a key member of the management team, this individual will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to the department, while ensuring the effective management of the City's financial resources. This role requires a strong leader with excellent financial expertise, communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the Finance Department
- Oversee the activities and operations of the Finance Department
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies

Requirements
- Eight years of experience in financial management, including five years of management and supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Master's degree desirable
