Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, with 2 years of computer support experience, and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory. They should also possess strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
The selected candidate will be able to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users. Professional certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and/or CompTIA are highly desirable.
