Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate the trolley along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and city policies.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the trolley, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the trolley, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and presentable trolley.
- Collect fares and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a positive and engaging attitude throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a California Commercial Class C Driver License with Passenger Endorsement or a Commercial Class B Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
This position is subject to DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements.
