Under general supervision, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant performs basic level Human Resources tasks in the McDowell / Wyoming counties for the Bureau for Social Services. This position will provide assistance to new and tenured staff including preparing documents for the new hire process, new employee orientation, UKG timecard auditing, creating and maintaining various tracking logs and acts as the liaison between the district office, the Bureau for Social Services HR staff and the Office of Human Resources Management. Other duties may be assigned. This position may require travel between the individual counties in the district.

Minimum Qualifications
Education :
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience :
One (1) year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience performing clerical or secretarial work.
