What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer/Maintenance Helper (Stormwater) position at City of Owensboro?
Performs general labor and maintenance to enhance public works operations.
Starting pay $18.2301/hr.

Paid time off includes:

- Cleans and cuts drainage ditches by mowing, trimming grass, tree/limb/debris removal, drainage work, removing trash, weeding, etc.
- Performs routine and preventative maintenance on streets, street signs, property, facilities, stormwater drainage ways, and/or equipment to ensure proper condition
- Drives and operates various vehicles and equipment
- Performs snow and water removal
- High school diploma or GED OR
- 3 months of experience as Laborer or similar position (equipment operations preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Valid CDL, Class B or higher, required within 11 months of employment
