JOB SUMMARY
The Fee Booth Cashier is responsible for managing daily fee collections at Horseshoe Bend while complying with company cash handling policies. Provide guest service functions for the City of Page that include greeting guests, educating our guest about Horseshoe Bend and the surrounding area, and delivery of exceptional guest service. Monitor and control the traffic into the parking facility. Collect payment and process all cash and credit card payments. Reconcile balances and perform opening / closing duties. Must have the ability to handle all guest complaints at a higher level.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Welcome and greet guests and provide exceptional guest service.
- Provide quick and pleasant assistance in a timely and organized manner.
- Assimilate, monitor and correctly utilize fee booth POS system.
- Accurately process all cash or credit card payments for parking charges including collecting payments for parking, reconciling the balances and performing opening / closing duties.
- Ensure that guests are being charged accurately depending on their vehicle and the rates set forth by the Page City Council.
- Keep the fee booth clean, neat, and organized.
- Assist in parking lot trash pickup, raking, sweeping and monitoring external areas for debris.
- Aid with the parking of guest cars, vans and buses.
- Ability to open and close the facility entrance.
- Serve as a resource guide to visitors regarding the City of Page and surrounding areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
