Essential Functions
- Designs and develops Power Apps to support business processes and automation.
- Develops custom Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with responsive interfaces and dynamic data interactions.
- Implements Power Automate workflows to streamline processes, automate approvals, and manage notifications.
- Maintains and optimizes Power BI dashboards, Fabric reporting, and SSRS reports for data visualization and decision-making.
- Ensures data integrity and security.
- Creates test environments, executes testing, manages ALM, implements error handling and monitoring strategies, supports production rollouts, user training, and ongoing enhancements.
- Stays current with Power Platform updates and emerging technologies such as AI Builder and Copilot Agents.
- Stays abreast of industry trends; maintains up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional associations.

BA/BS from an accredited four year college or university with a major in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Power BI for enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in relational databases, cloud-based data management, and API integration, with tools such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, and governance best practices for low-code platforms.
- Experience with ERP system integration, leveraging Power Automate and custom connectors to streamline workflows and automate business processes.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation, including AI Builder and Copilot Agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents) or other AI-enhanced process optimization tools.
