Description :
As a member of the Asset Management, Product Management Team, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for participating in the successful delivery of products and solutions supporting the Lines of Business under the direction of the Manager, Product Development for the entertainment / media business. The successful candidate will develop a productive partnership with technology product owners, business stakeholders, and technical team members. They will be responsible for producing, grooming, prioritizing, and overall timely management of the requirements backlog as well as developing user acceptance criteria. They will assist in business adoption / change management activities and analyzing / reporting on the impact of introduced solutions on the business.
Pay Range : $70 - $75 / Hour
Responsibilities :
- Foster Agile development methodologies and best practices
- Participate in elicitation sessions with Business Partners to clarify business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Assist in the business case development using modeling techniques and methods as needed
- Produce clear and concise visualizations from elicitation sessions that will drive balanced solutions
- Define precise and accurate User Story acceptance criteria that will be used by Engineers, QA automation test frameworks, and by Product Owners to ensure that Product Owner intent is effectively captured
- Assist in the creation of project approval request documentation
- Work with the Product Owner and Project Manager to facilitate user acceptance testing
- Arrange client reviews of software under development, ensuring client satisfaction
- Work with the business to ensure business adoption
- Measure impact of solutions on the business
