The Role:
As the IT Operations Lead, you’ll be at the helm of our technology infrastructure. Your role will involve:
- Overseeing critical systems and networks: You’ll be responsible for the operation, deployment, and maintenance of the City’s network, servers, databases, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate brings:
- 4 years of IT experience with skills in database administration, team management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership abilities and the flexibility to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
- A strong understanding of enterprise-level IT systems and the ability to make strategic recommendations to enhance city operations.
