Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or supervisors
- Assist in supervising external contractors when necessary
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Competency in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
