What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Janitor - Recreation Center position at City of Pendleton?
The City of Pendleton is accepting applications for a Part-Time Janitorial position in the Parks and Recreation Department - Rec Building. The primary function of this position is daily janitorial cleaning at the Recreation Center. Common duties include: cleaning restrooms, cleaning floors and other surfaces, external cleaning of building and space, and other basic janitorial duties as assigned, sometimes while youth are in the building. This position also assists with Recreation Special events preparations, organization of sports equipment and supplies, and changing marketing materials around the building.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. The position requires at less than 1-year of experience or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.
