What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Office Support - Pendleton Convention Center position at City of Pendleton?
The City of Pendleton is accepting applications for a part-time position at the Pendleton Convention Center (PCC). We need someone that is self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. The primary function of this position is providing assistance to full-time staff at PCC. Common duties include: working directly with clients to coordinate events, assisting in maintaining the schedule of events, processing financial documentation when needed and providing other administrative support such as answering phones, assisting customers and other duties as needed.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. The position requires at least 1-year of experience in an office setting or a satisfactory combination of education and experience. Pay is $17.50-$19.68 per hour DOE. Applications must be received by 5:00pm on April 16, 2025.
