What You'll Do :
As a member of the Personnel Board, you'll play an important role in reviewing appealable disciplinary cases involving city employees. By examining the findings and recommendations from Hearing Officer(s), you'll provide guidance to the City Manager ensuring fairness and transparency in every disciplinary decision that is appealed.
