The purpose of this class within the organization is to serve customers at the Dogwood Trace Golf restaurant. Take menu orders and deliver food to the table timely and accurately. This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this job/class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the job/class as necessary. Essential Functions: Escort customers to available seating in the restaurant and/or facility area. Present the variety of menu options. When requested advise customers on the best food and drink choices and answer questions.Take orders and deliver them to the table timely and accurately. Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues.Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards.Deliver check for payment of service. Work with other staff as a team.Work diligently to achieve outstanding service qualityAdvise customers on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answering questions.Comply with all food handling and safety regulations and standards.Additional Duties: Performs related work as assigned
