WHAT DOES A BRIDGE TOLL COLLECTOR DO?

As a Full-Time Bridge Toll Collector at the City of Pharr, you will operate under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensuring seamless toll collection across international borders. This role involves collecting toll fees in both U.S. and Mexican currency, while also managing fare tickets that have been previously purchased. You will perform essential toll collection functions critical to the operation of the International Bridge, which serves as a vital link for travelers and commercial traffic. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer-centric service will ensure that all transactions are handled efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our bridge operations and enhancing the travel experience for patrons.
