Your day to day as a Digital Navigator

As a Full-Time Digital Navigator with the City of Pharr, you will become an essential resource in helping residents effectively utilize TeamPharr.Net products and services. You'll engage directly with customers, ensuring they receive accurate information and support tailored to their technical literacy levels. Your role will involve troubleshooting a range of issues, using detailed checklists and scripts to evaluate solutions while maintaining professional communication throughout the process. You will also provide on-the-spot training and facilitate both in-person and remote classroom instruction in vital digital skills, covering topics such as email setup, web navigation, Microsoft Office usage, and internet safety. By assessing residents' technology access and needs, you will play a critical role in enhancing their digital literacy while planning and participating in community outreach events and workshops.
