As a Seasonal Pool Cashier for the City of Pharr, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our pool patrons. Your responsibilities will include handling monetary transactions efficiently and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor. You will be instrumental in managing customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances in a professional manner. In addition to your customer service duties, you will maintain a clean and inviting environment by cleaning restroom and shower facilities, as well as assisting with the overall upkeep of the pool area. You will also be responsible for managing the locker log system for guests, ensuring that all patrons can enjoy their time at the pool safely and effectively.
