Your day to day as a TAAF Assistant Track Coach

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Knowledge of safety hazards and necessary safety precautions sufficient to be able to establish a safe environment for track program participants.
- Knowledge of basic fundamentals and techniques of athletics, fitness, cultural/social activities and/or arts and crafts sufficient to be able to perform a variety of duties related to the work assignment. Knowledge of inventory techniques sufficient to be able to maintain an adequate level of supplies.
- Ability to develop and administer track programs suited to the needs of the community.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the development and implementation of track programs.
- Analyze, interpret and explain section policies and procedures and supervise and train program participants.
