Salary & Incentive Pay
Officers will receive a 2.6% COLA (pending Budget approval) on July 1, 2025

- Intermediate DPSST Certification 4%
- Advanced DPSST Certification 8%
- Annual fitness incentive pay for all officers - not testing score based!

- Pass a thorough background investigation/medical and psychological exam and drug screening
