The Information Technology Services Department has an opening for an Active Directory (AD) Administrator in this role you will perform day-to-day operational tasks to ensure that the AD and Azure AD environments are working appropriately and available to the customer base.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Perform routine configuration, capacity, availability, and demand management.
- Evaluate Identity and Access Management technologies.
- Develop, configure, and plan new technologies.
- Maintain and monitor servers and applications.
- Work with vendors for issue management and resolution.
- Work closely with customers and partners to promote continuous service improvement.
- On-call schedule, working irregular hours, second or third shift, weekends, holidays and evenings may be required.
- Other responsibilities as requested by leadership.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven proficiency as an Active Directory Domain Administrator in mid- to large-size organizations.
- Proficient in supporting Active Directory Group Policy to enforce security policies and password policies for Windows Servers and end point physical and virtual Windows desktops.
- Demonstrable skills implementing, supporting, and administering servers (Windows 2008 or later) in an organization with no fewer than 100 servers.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
SALARY
Pay Range: $86,590.40 to $121,825.60/annually.
Hiring Range: $86,590.40 to $110,510.40/annually.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of professional level experience providing technical support for system infrastructure and/or software, plus one year working in a large-scale environment and supervising highly technical staff.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, electronic systems engineering or a related technical field.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
- Four or more years of experience supporting Active Directory (AD) 2008 or later forests and domains in a user base of no fewer than 5000 user objects.
- Four or more years of experience performing AD-integrated cloud administration.
- Four or more years of experience supporting Azure or AD Federated Services.
- Experience with management and monitoring tools.
- Experience using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, VB Script, etc.
