We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director, Partnership Strategy & Service to assist team members with the effective management, strategic planning, activation, upselling, and renewal of these accounts. The Director leads a team of three, including a Manager, Coordinator, and Assistant.

What You Will Do :

• Lead and manage multiple teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel. Traditional team structure
• Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them achieve their individual and team targets.

• Lead the preparation and negotiation of renewal proposals, securing long-term commitments from partners - with the goal of retaining 100% of desired accounts, growing those accounts in renewal at a 20% annual minimum on a YOY basis.
• Develop and present compelling upsell proposals to clients, demonstrating the added value and benefits.
