About This Position

- Administrative skills and abilities that aid the effective management and administration of the Facilities Asset Management program.
- Computer software proficiency in standard programs including asset management system, Microsoft, and Adobe software.
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety systems.
- ArcGIS and AutoCAD software.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize assigned work.
- Efficiently use of time.
- Develop realistic action plans.
Pay Range: $54,454 to $97,780 annually.

Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of experience in governmental research, urban development, finance or public administration.
- AND Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, urban planning, architecture, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record. - Collecting and analyzing data.
- Capital improvement project planning and major maintenance processes.
- Conducting detailed audits, compliance reviews, and analysis.
- Creating, developing, and documenting training and user guides.
- Analyzing asset lifecycles.
- Facilities management, project management or asset management.
