Job Summary:
- Supervise and support daily clubhouse operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
- Train and support staff, ensuring adherence to procedures
- Manage inventory levels and assist in event preparation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Up to 1 year of experience in food and beverage preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain necessary certifications
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Work environment within an Office/Campground/Golf Course setting
- May require standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy objects
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and noise levels
- Potential exposure to machinery, hazardous materials, and PPE
