The City of Pine River is seeking a qualified individual to join our team.
Position : Full-Time Deputy Clerk / Clerk
Location : Pine River City Hall, 200 Front Street N. Pine River, MN.
The ideal candidate will be :
Professional, dependable with a high level of professional public relation / customer service skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced municipal environment while being performance orientated with speed, accuracy and detail.
Have standard office related duties including but not limited to; computer literacy skills, proficient knowledge / skill of bookkeeping, typing, transcribing, payroll processing, (including records and reporting) word processing, spreadsheets, database, filing, internet and email capabilities. Capable of learning internal
operations computer system programs.
Provide administrative support to the Clerk-Treasurer.
Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service, clerical or an administrative role.
Compensation and benefits :
Salary range $20.00 – $24.00 hourly D.O.Q.
Benefits include paid sick leave, vacation and holiday time.
