Do you have a knack for troubleshooting various technological requests or incidents and want to serve as a key team member to support City of Plano staff? Are you skilled with the installation, configuration and servicing both Windows and Apple products? Apply for our Service Desk Analyst position today!

The Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following Experience

• Installing configuration, and troubleshooting Windows clients in an Enterprise Environment.
• In Active Directory, Group Policy, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and PowerShell.
• In Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
• Supporting Android and Apple mobile devices.
• Supporting Apple products; Macs, iPads, and MacBooks.
• Troubleshooting basic wired and wireless network issues.
• Providing exemplary customer service to end users in a fast paced and diverse environment.

The target hourly rate for this position is $31.37 - $45.49, depending on qualifications.
