The City of Pomona is seeking a part-time Office Assistant I to join the Revenue Management Division of our Finance Department. This position serves as the initial point of contact for City Hall visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include monitoring the building entrance, assisting visitors with entering and exiting the facility, and delivering courteous and effective support to internal staff and the public. Under general supervision, serves as greeter for City Hall customers, providing information and queueing customers using computer software. This position is classified as at-will, hourly, part-time. Hourly, part-time positions average 20 hours per week and less than 1,000 hours in a fiscal year.
