- Must have been a previous Beach Jr. Lifeguard Camp participant
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must complete the enclosed
- Must complete physical performance test consisting of: Run (300 meters) - Swim (300 meters) - Run (300 meters). Testing date to be announced.
- Or have completed two (2) summer sessions of Pompano Beach Jr. Lifeguard Camp within the last two years of hire.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and provide for the safety of students in the program in a variety of situations
- Physical abilities include running, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying and lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Specific abilities include hearing, talking, seeing, and reading. Outside work under all weather conditions
