In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in routine maintenance and construction projects. You will work under the general direction of the Supervisor and Leads to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes establishing work priorities, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining accurate records.
Physical Demands
This role requires moderate to strenuous physical activity, including standing or walking for long periods, traversing rough terrain, working in or over water, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to climb heights, bend, and work in tight or confined areas.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience in a work environment similar to a municipal public works department. You must also possess a valid driver's license and obtain a Washington state driver's license within six months of hire. Other requirements include certification as a Traffic Control Flagger and completion of First Aid/CPR training within specified timeframes.
