FORESTRY - SEASONAL GROUNDSKEEPER
Forestry Seasonal Groundskeepers – Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department
May through November, full-time schedule (40 hours/week). Possibly open to Part-time schedule depending on the candidate
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Forestry Groundskeepers. If you have a passion for the outdoors, enjoy physical work, and want to contribute to the preservation of natural spaces, we’d love for you to join our team this season!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting Forestry crews with tree and landscape maintenance.
- Tree planting, watering, pruning, & mulching.
- Landscape maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior tree or landscape experience and/or education desired.
- Responsibility, maturity, dedication.
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions are a must.
- A valid Maine Class C driver’s license is required, and a Department of Motor Vehicle check will be conducted on those who have one.

Hourly Rate
$18.00/hr.
