The Positions
Ticketing Lead: $19.00-$23.00/ Hourly; Dependent on Experience

These are Community Service Aide (CSA II) positions with a maximum of 1,400 hours in a calendar year. These positions are not eligible for benefits.

The Positions
Ticketing Lead: $19.00-$23.00/ Hourly; Dependent on Experience
- This is a part-time, seasonal position. Hours range 10-25 hours/week.
Duties:
- Supervisor responsibilities: Including but not limited to - Creating schedules and task assignments for ticket sellers
- Basic accounting tasks: Including but not limited to - Cash handling, completing cash tally forms, and providing updated sales information to event management upon request
- Basic payroll tasks: Including but not limited to - Recording daily staff payroll hours
- Point of sale reconciliation tasks: Including, but not limited to - Reconciling end of event sales, assisting with deposit reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned
- Ticketing Lead would also perform the Ticketing Seller duties for breaks/lunches and as needed for back up assistance.
- This is a part-time, seasonal position. Hours range from 5-15 hours/week.
Duties:
- Cashiering
- Distributing wristbands
- Scanning pre-purchased tickets
- Checking credentials
- Maintaining track access
- Other duties as assigned by the Ticketing Lead

- Previous supervisor experience in customer service
- Minimum of two years of basic accounting experience, including cash handling and cashiering experience.
- Knowledge of basic customer service practices
- Must be able to work independently
