Join our team as a Public Works/Engineering Intern and gain hands-on experience in engineering, GIS mapping, surveying, and field inspections while supporting the city’s Public Works Department.
This position involves maintaining engineering records, creating maps, performing calculations, conducting field studies, assisting with construction inspections, and supporting community development initiatives.
Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with knowledge of engineering, mapping, and survey techniques, proficient in CAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office, and eager to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
This position offers full-time hours during summer and part-time flexibility (12–17 hours per week) during the school year. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.
