We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Data Manager to lead our data initiatives and cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization. Duties and Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight :
Oversee and guide the work of the Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst
Establish and enforce organization-wide data governance policies
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization
Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and methodologies
Data Engineering : Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions to ensure efficient and accurate data flow
Typical Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or directly related field, five years of professional experience related to assignment and two years of supervisory experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
