EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Provide analysis and technical support to the department by reviewing and maintaining system applications and development processes; work with staff to create best practices to enhance productivity and streamline business processesPerform quality assurance testing for both new and revised business processes and technology solutions; create and maintains charts, process documents, and procedural documents; create training materials and leads training in support of assigned technology systems, business processes, and other areas as identifiedDeveloping, testing, and working to create process and business enhancements using established technology programs; creating departmental training materials that will assist in staff on boarding and staff retrainingProvides support to the Client Acceptance, Client Solutions and Project Completion teams including processing plans, expediting reviews, completing final review, creating invoices associated with projects, and stamping and issuance of permitsServes as a liaison between City staff, development clients, matrix groups, organizations, and the general public Attend meetings and give presentations to City staff, council, matrix groups, and development clients as neededNote: This job classification description is intended to be generic in nature.
