What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tae Kwon Do - Worthdale Community Center position at City of Raleigh North Carolina?
Instruct and demonstrate skill sets and techniques necessary for individual achievement in Martial arts. Enforce discipline policies and emphasize sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles. Plan and set up activities. Always maintain a safe environment and facilities for youth.
Must have a blackbelt and understand the rules. Teach techniques and strategies of the game. Fun, enthusiastic, experienced martial instructor with deep experience teaching school-age children. Able to create a positive class community and build relationships with students. Experience leading your classes. Has excitement, joy, and passion for teaching kids and personal development/learning. Cooperative, supportive, flexible, and has a strong work ethic and does whatever it takes mindset.
Previous experience working as a martial arts instructor with students in a health club, childcare, or educational setting. Knowledge or experience in sports coaching, martial arts, or gym instruction. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree or certification in physical education or a related field is a plus. Passionate for helping students reach their full potential.
Salary : $15 - $20
