Responsibilities
- Manage capital improvement programs including working with other divisions or departments to develop project needs, compiling individual projects into a draft Capital Improvement Program, and/or preparing staff reports and presentations to committees or elected officials for approval.
- Oversee major maintenance work for buildings/facilities, including specific examples of projects demonstrating the types of project scopes, schedules, and budgets managed.
- Procure and oversee consultants or sub-consultants performing professional services related to public works projects.
