ABOUT OUR JOB
Our bartenders provide bartending services to The Monument patrons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mix, pour, and serve beverages.
- Remain knowledgeable in mixed drinks and beer.
- Perform safe food practices including preparation, handling, and storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in set up and clean-up of the bar.
- Provide guests with friendly service.
- Assist in counting beginning and ending inventory.
- Assist in beginning and ending shift procedures.
- Report directly to the bar lead.
- Communication with both internal and external customers in a positive manner.
- Uphold The Monument guidelines and standards of operation.
- Correctly count back change to the customer.
- Use the POS system efficiently.
- Work as a member of a team.
- Help customers quickly.
Additional Information
ABOUT YOU
Age Requirement: Must be age 21 or older
Education and/or Experience: Bartending experience and customer service a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: TAM Certification is preferred, but not required. Relevant training may be available.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds.
The base wage does not include tips.
