- Operating heavy equipment such as snowplows, graders, and backhoes
- Performing routine maintenance on streets, including patching, crack sealing, and storm sewer repairs
- Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months
- Ensuring all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner
**Requirements:**
- A valid driver's license (CDL Class A or B is desired)
- Ability to live within 20 minutes of City Shop for On-Call duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
