Summary of Job
Under the general supervision of the Golf Course Manager, this position is responsible for executing a variety of clerical and administrative support duties for the golf course. The work involves bookkeeping, financial records updates, filing paperwork, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank deposits, and administrative support to the Golf Course Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Financial monitoring.
- Budget tracking.
- Reporting and maintaining financial records.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Depositing checks and funds into accounts.
- Provides information for and input into the preparation of the department budget.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Manager.
