EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (TECHNICAL OPTION)
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of customer service experience with at least six (6) months of experience working in a library.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with originating and handling incoming and outgoing Interlibrary loans, using the appropriate OCLC program.
- Knowledge of copy cataloging bibliographic records using the appropriate OCLC program for importing records.
- Knowledge of and experience with using an ILS in a public library setting (such as Evergreen).
