General Summary
**Now Hiring for 2025 Seasonal Positions - Season is April - October/November 2025**
Performs manual labor in a variety of tasks in the maintenance of City streets and utilities on a seasonal (temporary) basis. Duties performed will vary depending on area of assignment as well as tasks performed during peak season activities. Subject to after hours and weekend work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license.
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience with street and sidewalk maintenance, preferably with the City of Richland.
- Valid Flagger Certification
Supplemental Information
Selection will be based on overall qualifications, skills testing (if applicable) and an interview process. Final candidate(s) selected will be subject to a comprehensive background/reference check, provide a current driving record, and pre-employment physical commensurate to the position.
