The Director will play an instrumental and influential leadership role in the visioning and implementation of downtown and riverfront redevelopment, permitting process improvements, Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update, and other transformative initiatives. The Director oversees a department budget of $9.7 million (including capital) and a team of 21.5 FTEs. Direct reports include the Building Official, Planning Manager, CDBG/HOME Administrator, Economic Development Manager, and Administrative Assistant II.
