Description
The Department of Budget & Strategic Planning is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and hard working person to join its team as the Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will be a : self-starter, excellent communicator and listener, advisor, problem solver, strategic analyzer, and most importantly, a team player.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with multiple, municipal departments and employees and learn about and aim to improve key government operations, will assist departments in solving financial challenges associated with core services, and will help chart a course for the overall improvement in city department operations - making them more efficient, accountable, and effective.

Oversee the entire grants lifecycle, including identification, application, management, and compliance.
Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the city's strategic plan.
