ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversees the Information Technology (IT) project portfolio to meet organizational objectives.
Implements project management best practices, monitoring budgets, timelines, and risks associated with IT projects.
Promotes continuous service improvements and manages change control processes to ensure effective delivery of IT services.
Communicate strategies and plans to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Supervise teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Service Desk employees.
Oversee personnel by planning and assigning work, managing performance, addressing personnel issues, conducting performance evaluations, establishing training schedules, and handling hiring and disciplinary actions.
Sets priorities, develops project plans, and allocates project resources for approved projects.
Manage vendor relationships and agreements.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises employees in the Projects and Services Division. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Reviews and monitors related performance measures and ensures that effective performance measures reflect effective services. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints orally and in writing. Ability to make effective presentations to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of problems. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
