Position Objective :
Supports all IT functions including hardware, software, network systems, servers, security, inventory, and budget.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support of all IT projects, systems, development, software conversions, and hardware implementations.
- Network administration including network cleanup, network organization, naming conventions, security.
- Hardware administration including research, recommending hardware purchases, ordering and installing equipment and peripherals.
- Software administration including research, recommending software purchases, installation. Manages and / or supports MDM, hardware and software inventory management, door access and camera administration, file archiving system administration, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 applications.
- Administers Help Ticket System and assists employees with troubleshooting and training.
- Monitor LAN to ensure the network is available to all users and resolve any PC or network problems.
- Develop and implement procedures and controls to provide accuracy, security, product quality, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Environment :

The physical demands are those encountered while performing the listed essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, stand, walk, use hands to move equipment, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop and kneel. Must be able to use proper lifting technique. Moderate to heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying are required.
