What are the responsibilities and job description for the Highland Springs/Saukie Pro Shop Attendant position at City of Rock Island?
This is seasonal work involving the concession operation of Highland Springs Golf Course and the Saukie Golf Course. The tentative dates of employment are from the first week of March through the first week of December.
Greets the public, arranges green fees, cart rentals, sells equipment, maintains stock levels of inventory daily, keeps pro shop area clean and dust free, receives phone queries and reservations, prepares shift reports, operates register, and makes change. Other duties as assigned.
Work is performed under the direction of the RIFAC Aquatics and Fitness Manager, golf course supervisor, or their designee and is reviewed on the basis of observation and adherence to established policies and procedures. Work hours required to perform duties satisfactorily include evenings and weekends and will vary due to events at the facility.Applicants must be at least 16 years old
