Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Water Treatment Operator at the City of Roma, Texas. The Water Treatment Operator will be responsible for plant operations, water treatment, process control, and pump stations management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Proven record of success
- Class C license or higher
- Experience with TCEQ rules, protocols and regulations
- Plant Operations, Process Control, and Pump Stations management skills
- Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment expertise
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in water treatment operations
- Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of treatment systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education preferred
