What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Manager position at City of Round Rock?
Under general supervision the Building Manager oversees all aspects of building operations.
OR
This is a seasonal position.
- Responsible for opening and closing the facility and coordinating keys.
- Oversees special events. Coordinates set up and take down of equipment.
- Assists with the overall administration of facility operations and events.
- Greets all visitors.
- Monitors all areas of the facility for usage, participant behavior and security.
- Enforces regulations concerning facility use.
- Provides information to patrons.
- Oversees custodial duties and maintenance.
- Responds to emergencies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
OR
- 6 months work experience in sports management.
Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within sixty (60) days of employment.
Salary : $17 - $18
