This position coordinates Library programs as assigned. This position provides direct library services to the general public; performs reference service at the youth desk; performs and oversees children's services workshops and programs; works with volunteers, community groups, and outside agencies.

Responsibilities :
- Performs general library duties including but not limited to opening and closing procedures; troubleshoots computer issues; assists at the service desks.
- Participates in recruiting, training and supervising youth program volunteers.
- Serves as a program liaison to community groups and outside agencies; provides outreach services to the community; conducts tours of the library.
- Coordinates and oversees youth library programs, including ensuring proper staffing and scheduling.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer service for library patrons.
- Participates in work teams and committees as assigned.
