A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Urban Planning, Economics, Political Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Geography, Sociology, Earth Sciences, Natural Resources and Design or related field. Two (2) years of experience as a Research Analyst I in the City service, or equivalent. No substitution for education.- Submit a City of Saint Paul online application by the closing date.
